After Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai it was now the turn of Bikers from Chandigarh to meet up and step away from their formal virtual self by interacting with other like minded petrol heads. So, last weekend a bunch of bikers took onto the streets of Chandigarh on a Sunday morning to meet up, interact and share their biking feats and experiences…

In all there were 11 bikers present at the meet out of which six of them had to leave early due to ongoing 10th and 12th Board examinations. Rest of us, i.e Harkamal Singh, Divjot Singh, Sam, Anshul and I decided to head towards Mohali for some cornering practice sessions.

During the meet we discussed certain aspects by which the Motoroids forum can be made more user friendly and convenient. For example, to post pictures, one has to first upload them on website such as flickr.com and then provide a link to these pics in order to share it with the other members of the forum. Therefore, it would be much easier and conveninetr if there was a way by which we could upload pics directly on the forums. Another concern was regarding the e-magazine. It was suggested that the e-magazine be kept in a pdf format which could be downloaded instead of viewing the e-mag online in a flash application format which proves to be quite a hassle for slow internet connections.

Towards the end, we decided to organize another MotoMeet after 28th of March, as we speculate to have more participants since most of the bikers were pre- occupied this time with their respective 10th and 12th Board examinations.
