2010 Suzuki GSX-R1000 and Bandit 1250S launched in India at competitive prices!

Suzuki Motorcycles India has tasted a great amount of success after launching the iconic GSX1300R Hayabusa and India’s first high capacity cruiser, the Intruder M109R. However, like any aggressive bike maker, Suzuki India isn’t content with just two imports on its portfolio. So what we have here now is the all new GSX-R1000 K9 /K10 litre-class motorcycle to take on the Honda CBR1000RR and the recently launched cross-plane cranked Yamaha YFZ-R1! The litre class monster will be available in two colours – the iconic Blue-White and a radical Black-Wine Red.

Joining the GSX-R1000 is the highly practical Bandit 1250S! The bike’s predecessor, like the Hayabusa was made famous in India by the Bollywood flick, ‘Dhoom’. Contrary to our earlier reports, the Bandit will be launched in its plain-jane version and not the ABS version. In spite of that, there is no doubting the fact that the Bandit will be one of the most practical street bikes to be launched in India.
