All new Bajaj Pulsar by next year?

There might be no other competition to the rumors and doctored pictures of higher capacity Bajaj Pulsars floating on the World Wide Web. Since quite a long time, there have been rumors about Bajaj launching a 300cc+ Pulsar. However, this time, we have a ray of hope as our friends at BS Motoring have reported that Rajiv Bajaj, MD of Bajaj Auto Ltd officially announced to the media about the launch of a new Pulsar by the year 2011. He stated that the new Pulsar will sport a new look and an engine with advanced technology.

It is not sure whether the new Pulsar will be a replacement for the lower end 150cc and 180cc version or a completely new higher capacity Pulsar. However, the chances of having a higher capacity Pulsar is much more as the firm stated that it was working on a more powerful Pulsar during the launch of the Pulsar 135 LS. The new upcoming pulsar could very well be a 350cc liquid cooled bike which could feature mono-shocks, futuristic styling, dual discs, and a four-valve engine.
