AMW intro3 AMW wins CV Maker of the Year 2012

India’s third largest heavy commercial vehicle manufacturer,Asia MotorWorks (AMW)recently won the prestigious ‘CV Maker of the Year 2012’ award at the Apollo-CV Magazine awards held in Mumbai on April 30, 2012.

AMW won this coveted award against stiff competition from industry peers such as Tata Motors and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles. The jury from CV magazine said that AMW was judged the winner due to its overall operational excellence and rapid growth within a short period of time.

In particular, the jury was impressed by AMW’s 50% sales growth during 2011-12, the unveiling of our new generation trucks & luxury bus,as well as our state of the art manufacturing practices.
