Fiat 500XL revealed in official patent drawings. Might come to India in 2014
Regulars here would remember that we recently talked about the growing possibility of Fiat India bringing the soon to be unveiled 500 XL, a 7 seater version of the 500L, to India. The new Fiat will be seen battling it out against high selling Maruti Suzuki Ertiga when launched in Indian car market. The 500XL is 150mm longer than the five-seat 500L. However, the 500XL has the same wheelbase as the 500L and all that extra length goes to the rear overhang. The 500XL should debut in European markets towards the end of next year and safely expect the Fiat mini MPV to take another year to come to us.
