GM says no to advertising on Facebook

Do I even need to try to tell about the popularity of Facebook? However, regardless of the fact that Facebook is rising like is nobody’s business, General Motors seems to be of an opinion that paid advertisements on the famous social networking website are not doing it much good.  It may be noted that GM is one of the biggest advertisers in US of A and the recent announcement leaves us and many surprised. It may also be noted that Facebook will be soon putting up an Initial Public Offering and GM’s announcement comes soon before the former happens.
