Mr. Philipp von Sahr (54), currently President of BMW Group Belgium-Luxemburg, will succeed Dr. Andreas Schaaf (42) as President of BMW Group India (effective October 1, 2012). During the tenure of Dr. Andreas Schaaf as President, BMW India successfully stood ground in a fiercely competitive environment and maintained its Number One position in the Indian luxury car market. Born in 1958, Mr. Philipp von Sahr has completed his Master of Business Administration from University of Munich. He began his career with BMW AG in Munich in 1987. Prior to joining BMW Group Belgium-Luxemburg, Mr. von Sahr was the Head of Sales for BMW Group Germany.

    Well seriously have to wonder when will Indian mentality change.. Its mruti anyday for people.. Poeple will choose the ugly dezire over this and the swift above the fabia..

    Service is an important issue but then again it won't matter for people who are in metro's or other large cities..
