Electronic Arts has released information on the minimum system requirements for their upcoming title Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 3. In case you are not convinced enough to get yourself a Xbox360 or a Playstation 3, then probably you’ll need this list to make sure your computer run the new NFS installment when it comes out in November this year:
OS: Windows® XP SP 3 (32-64 bits) / Windows Vista® (32-64 bits) / Windows 7® (32-64 bits)
CPU: Intel Core® 2 Duo 1.8 GHZ or AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4GHZ
RAM: 1.5 GB Windows® XP / 2 GB Windows Vista® – Windows 7®
DISC DRIVE: DVD-ROM, 8 speed
HARD DRIVE: 6.5 GB
VIDEO CARD: 256 MB DirectX® 9.0 compliant card with Shader Model 3.0 or higher
SOUND CARD: DirectX 9.0 –compliant sound card
COMPATIBLE VIDEO CARD CHIP SETS: ATI® RADEON® X1950, HD 2000/3000/4000/5000 series NVIDIA GeForce® 7/8/9/100/200 series
ONLINE: 2 – 8 players, 512 Kbps or faster

this is good game…
the best
worst…will not start even with intel integrated graphic card driver.shader model 3.0 support not to be made ‘must’..people can who cannot afford video card for a huge price,will loose the experience of excellent graphics..other games will work with integrated graphic also..why not in the case of nfs hotpursuit?…
People who have Intel integrated graphic should take that chip out and piss on it, then burn it. It doesn’t deserve to play hd games
does this game can start in pixel shader 2.0 and not in 3.0. pls anybody rply me.
