Leading Indian car maker Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. and popular car mag Autocar India are holding a contest which aims to find the safest and most law abiding driver in country. This will be the fourth edition of the Maruti Suzuki Autocar Young Driver Contest. The objective of this contest is to promote road safety habits among young Indian drivers. A Maruti Suzuki A-Star is the grand prize for this year’s contest. The participants will be seen battling it out against each other in as many as four different rounds of tests that include both theoretical and practical examination of the drivers. Towards the end, 20 finalists will be flown to Delhi for the grand finale. The contest is open to all Indian citizens aged between 18 and 30 and holder of a valid Indian driving license.

    its a shame that our government doesn't recognize F1 as a sport(so why do they recognize cricket as a sport in that case where all the entertainment and money is poured in!!!)

    if sum 1 is taking a responsibility of manging F1 in India if the government cannot help them then at least should not create obstacles!!!

    shame!!!!!!!!
