VW Up! spied undisguised at Pune

That the VW Up coming to India is an eventuality. Soon before the Auto Expo held at New Delhi in January, the car was spotted in the flesh for the first time in India. The car, to be positioned below VW’s Polo hatchback has now been spotted again and this time, in a five-door guise.  To be pitted against the likes of the Maruti Wagon R and the Chevrolet Beat, the components of the car will be heavily localized to keep a check on the costs. 

To be powered by a small1-liter petrol (and possibly the 1.2 liter TDi diesel from the Fabia / Polo). Here we have a couple of spy shots that clearly show the interiors and the rear end of the car:
