Once putting your papers & Car for service, you would be led to a room on 1st floor which has an A/C & TV with magazines & Sofa where you can look at your Car (glass windows, but you got to crane your neck) and make yourself comfortable.
The service experience is underwhelming. The service was promised to be completed in 2 hours, but it took them more than twice the time to do the Car's first service. (Lubricant change/washing)
The charges for accessories were exorbitant and despite showing them a PDF copy and on their screen, they refused to acknowledge it.
To honor your warranty and because of lack of good independent garage at a small place, you have to stick around while maintaining cordial relation-ship.
