Good News

We are excited about the new experience & hope you love it too.

There are some things that you should look forward to.

• Status messages from all members. (This is fun) Click here
  
  
• New forum notification, make use of it configure here
  
  
• Mini Profile popup, click the green icon next to any user
  
  
• Facebook integration - Login, sync & do more with Facebook. Link (Little buggy now)
  
  
• Improved media detection, Next time you want to share youtube video just paste the link & we will take care of the rest
  
  
• Mark forum as read. Click on the icon & Mark as read

Bad News

Well we tried our best to retain everything during migration but we lost  a few

• Image attachment when attached inside post is not visible. This applies to old post only.
  
• Some youtube videos posted as pure html may not appear properly.
  
• User interface is still going though changes. Light vs dark skin.

We have been working with Motoroids behind the scene for quite some time. One of our core goal was to enhance the experience in Motoroids forums. Do leave us your feedback, this is work in progress.

why is my avatar pic like this? loads of smileys are missing!

btw where is this "New Posts" link gone?

Looks interesting, but can we go back to standard fonts on both the front end AND the editor?
The font scheme needs some work, they are too big IMO. The rest seems nice and fresh!

Well its a all together a new system so expect changes, we tried to keep the differences to minimum
Yes, we did import old smiles without overwriting the new one. Did you click on show more?

Font size was standardized for content view, its more of a usability than looks. Usually the size is set to 100% but we have restricted to 90%. We agree the change can be little difficult but once you get use to it you will never want to go back to old size. Give us a chance please

And yes its still work in progress.

We follow 5 thumb rules in design when it comes to Content viewing.

one suggestion on my end would be to change the white to a little bit grey. Maybe its me, but its bit too bright on my eyes

IMO the font especially in the body of the messages need to be shrinked to 90% (or 80%) they are huge! Rest is ok!

Wiki is useful but it was getting very difficult to import to IPB without making major mods.
Hence we decided to keep it as a back burner while we work on something very important.
