Hey all. kindly help me out in puchasing an armoured jacket for my first ever biking tour.....since my budget is not too high, kindly suggest me some economical stuff....second hand stuff also preferred.

u can also check out bachoomotors.com... I use the octane...  But the swift is good too for aroud 6k...

unfortunately you wont find any good stuff for 3-4k in India.
i would suggest you buy a denim jacket (2000rs) and a pair of elbow guards.

you could alternatively look at a stunt suit that you could wear underneath the jacket!

I use a DSG Falcon model which cost me 4.5K (from Pune DSG Showroom). I dont know the Price Right now, but hopefully it shouldnt have changed much...
Although the Falcon is a Basic no frills Jacket. it does have in-built armor, and a removable thermal lining. no air vents means riding in the heat can leave you sweaty. can handle light to moderate rain showers.

WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN WITH ME  
I bought a Phone for 8K, and in a few months the price dropped to 6.5K, in the same shop...
now this Jacket!!!
when will the same happen with petrol prices. I buy @70/- per litre, and in a few days the price will drop to 55/- per litre
GOD HELP ME

YES YES please buy a tanker or 2 of petrol for this price... Then maybe the prices will drop to 55 or maybe even 50...!!
