Both have 19 inches wheel at the front and 17 inches at the rear.
Any particular advantages about this configuration?

Picture the set up in your head and you will get the answer
Larger Front Tyre - Smaller Rear tyre gives you a feel of an upward slope. Such setup is handy when you are trying to climb on to something.
TVS RTR has the opposite, 17 front - 18 rear.
