A higher top end means even a higher cruising speed....right no?
Not necessary, even though the engine can you cant.. i.e. in the case of duke.. you would love to 120 for long on the r15 but it is not the same on the duke..
even though the duke produces more power but due to the wind blast and sound you yourself will back out..

We had a casual straight line run...the Duke hit 140
Cruising at 120- I think with the screaming engine, and the roaring exhaust being nearly under your butt means you will be hearing it all the time- I feel it gets irritating on touring. The CBR will be much relaxed in comparison- of course the windblast will be there at 120, but much lesser hitting than the KTM. An aftermarket screen on the CBR (too expensive right now) will change things to a great extent.
In the end Doc knows it better
Haven't ridden at speed but i don't think that the blast might be too much.. i.e. one can do 120 without problem for long (then again i haven't ridden so i might be wrong)
the zma/r was a bit better at this is what i have heard
.. never got to rip one beyond 100.. but at 80 i dint even feel it was doing anywhere close to it..
