Do we get these kind of raincoats in India

Primarily for office commute.

Those Kinds of Raincoats are probably not available in an as is format, but can be made to order.. Take the Material, your Dimensions, and get it stitched from any guy who makes Seats / rickshaw Covers etc.. basically any tailor who has a Heavy Duty Sewing Machine. Show him this image, and Enjoy..
Or else get yourself a Poncho.. add to it a Rain-Proof Pant, and Rubber Gum Boots (Knee Length).

What happens in case of a fall, wont the bike take you along?
The only time you'll see me down on one knee, is on my bike!

In case you fall, and have a bad bad crash all your body parts would still be held together by the "bucket"
