Had been to Venetian Honda, Kandivli (worst Honda Dealership I'd say) to take delivery of my friend Shardul's Red CBR ABS and came to know that the paddock stand is available for sale for Rs.2500/-. Decent quality and finish and a better alternative to those expensive stands costing upwards for 5k. Parimal was also there and he booked his piece too. The stands are at the service centre and since it was a Sunday they couldn't collect it.

Doc. i am pretty sure, u r gonna come up with something much better and cheaper, and in all probability fabricated right in your backyard.

One of my friend has done...but its too crude though it does the job. At the time when they used to cost like 5-6k it looked a nice jugaad and he spend around 1100 on it. Also its too heavy. So at 2500...this one's a good deal.

Doesn't seem to have any rubber bush where contact is made with the swingarm. And also doesn't look adjustable.
Am i right?

But, does seem reasonable even if made specially for the 250R.

Also it seems that Rubber Contact Sleeves are missing where the Stand makes contact with the Ground. No Sleeve means that the Paint is gonna wear faster at that Area.
And it seems that the Swingarm contact point has a rubber bush, but it is hidden behind the flat head of the stand.
Also if the portion where the hand makes contact, if a sleeve is available, it will avoid handling slippages.

Yep..no adjusters. But it does have the rubber bush.

wil it fit Duke or do you know of any DIY for duke?

thanks for the reply ,can you point me towards a DIY of paddock stand for Duke so  i can get one fabricated

also can you suugest me running in method/ oil change etc and which oil to go for Duke

^^^ The Duke owners would suggest you that As for the paddock one of my friend got it done from Navi Mumbai....but its just too crude and ugly looking.
