Well there are two levels of bushes in a Pulsar.

Upper level:

1. The upper one is a kit in case of 220 & 150~180
2. Its is a set of individual parts in case of Pulsar 200 / Avenger 180~200

Lower level : called as Slide bush is separate in all the three types.

I could not figure out which one was needed & the make / model of the vehicle from your Earlier messages.

If you could point them out, I shall update you on the same, Its availability etc.

Kindly post the details & the ones required by you.

A method to acquire the same could also be discussed too upon knowing the exact requirement.

does d sounds is becuase of damaged bushes?? the sound doesnt comes when ever i applys front brake as the sound comes when d cone set is damaged

the sound comes only when the bike travells on uneven roads or speed brakers the sound doesnt seem like the sound when the cone set is damaged even i changed my bikes coneset 1 month back

the sound comes like tik tik when only the forks are compressed

Its tough to pin point the issue sitting at a distant location with any physical observation of the concern.

Wanted to write a test of the pointers to the issue.

Realized that a picture would say the story better. Will take Pictures & upload the testing points

You could use it as an index of checking.

My apologies ; facing trouble uploading them on the group.

the pictures are either humongous or too small.

Will seek help from Avin & upload it by the end of the day.
