Bike-07 Honda Unicorn
Oil brand-Honda engine oil, tide water company
Grade-ApiSJ,20W40
Performance-satisfactory,though i have used petronas sprinta full synthetic for 1.5yrs had to switch back as i had to replace my block piston, though now i feel the o.e oil is much better,my 10 cents:)

Bike = Hero Honda Hunk
Oil Brands Used = Hero Honda (Mac Lubricants), Motul 300v, Veedol Super Swift, Castrol Power 1...
Best 1 uptill now: Veedol Super Swift....20W40 semi-synthetic...lasted in good condition for abt 3000 kms!

Castrol Activ 4T (Ok)
Castrol Activ Xtra (Rough engine)
Petronas Sprinta T5000 FS (Bloody vapourisation- my engine ceased)
Petronas Sprinta T4000 SS (Ok- nothing great)
Idemitsu Honda OEM (Nice oil- but now made locally)
Hero Honda OEM 20W40 (Ok)

I have heard mechanics saying that try to stick to just one brand, changing brands means changing viscosity as well grade which isn't that good...
i changed many oils on my P-180 V1, but on the Karizma i always used Power1 found it to be good though wasn't so in the Pulsar, in the Pulsar my best bet was valvoline 4T premium,

religiously using 15w50 semi yamalube on the R15 and satisfied...

@sheelpriye : yeah, that is one good lesson i learnt trying out different brands of oil "stick to one" :)

have tried the below oils,
Motul 300V 10W40 (found to remove a lot of vibrations)
Motul 300V 5W50 with double ester (some say because of the double ester thingy, the engine cap might leak but i did not face this issue)
Castrol Power1 (regular joe's synthetic oil)
Castrol Power1 racing (10W50, super thin oil and rev free)
Tvs True 4T
Shell Helix (nothing great)
Mobil1 (super smooth and rev free, but not the recomended grade for my bike)

had replaced the block piston recently so currently sticking with True4T, which i find good enough.

From now on will stick to the recommeded grade of oil. One lesson is enough :D

i have somehow always found Valvoline semi synthetic and Motul products to be working out best for the Pulsars. This is a personal opinion after observing many of my friends' bikes and also on mine :)
