Benelli India has launched the 2025 TRK 502 and TRK 502X adventure motorcycles in the country. Priced at ₹6.20 lakh for the TRK 502 and ₹6.70 lakh for the 502X, the new series brings significant tech and comfort upgrades. There’s also a Yellow Limited Edition of the 502X priced at ₹6.85 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).
What’s New in 2025
The updated TRK series gets a host of enhancements aimed at touring riders. A new TFT instrument console replaces the older LCD display, offering better readability. The bikes now feature an integrated navigation system with offline maps, smartphone connectivity, and screen mirroring—features that were previously missing in the segment.
Heated grips and a heated seat have also been added to improve rider comfort on long-distance rides. Benelli has redesigned the aluminium swingarm to improve handling while also reducing unsprung weight. A slipper clutch comes standard now, aiding smoother downshifts.
To improve safety, the TRK twins now come equipped with tubeless tyres and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). Adjustable handlebar mounts and pitch-level indicators have also been added for better ergonomics.

Specs Check: TRK 502 vs TRK 502X
Both bikes are powered by a 500cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine producing 47.5 PS and 46 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
While the TRK 502 has a seat height of 800 mm and 190 mm of ground clearance, the 502X is slightly taller with 830 mm seat height and 210 mm ground clearance. The X version also gets a 19-inch front tyre (vs 17-inch on the 502), making it better suited for light off-roading.

Colour Options and Warranty
The TRK 502 is available in Black and White. The 502X comes in White and Green, while the Limited Edition Yellow variant gets golden rims. Both bikes come with a 2-year unlimited kilometre warranty and 24×7 roadside assistance.

Rivals in Sight
The Benelli TRK 502 series competes with the Kawasaki Versys 650, Suzuki V-Strom 650XT, and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. While it undercuts the Japanese rivals in pricing, the 502 series now feels more premium thanks to its features.
