Kia India has bolstered the appeal of its popular Seltos and Sonet SUVs with the introduction of a new GTX trim level and additional color options.
Kia Seltos
- New GTX Variant: The Seltos receives a new GTX variant, positioned between the HTX+ and GTX+ trims. Available in both 1.5-litre turbo-petrol DCT and 1.5-litre diesel AT options, the GTX boasts a starting price of Rs. 19 lakh (ex-showroom).
- Enhanced Features: Compared to the HTX+, the GTX offers an ADAS suite (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) for improved safety, stylish 18-inch alloy wheels, ventilated front seats for increased comfort, and a dual-zone climate control system.
- Expanded X-Line Colour Options: The previously Matte Graphite-exclusive X-Line variant is now available in a new Aurora Black Pearl paint color, providing a wider range of personalization choices.
Kia Sonet
- New GTX Trim: Similar to the Seltos, the Sonet gains a new GTX trim positioned between HTX+ and GTX+ variants. Starting at Rs. 13.71 lakh (ex-showroom), the Sonet GTX caters to a broader audience.
- Expanded Colour Options: The Sonet GTX comes in a wider range of seven colours, including Sparkling Silver, Pewter Olive, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl (new), Intense Red, Imperial Blue, and Glacier White Pearl.
- X-Line Gets New Colour Option: Mimicking the Seltos, the Sonet’s X-Line variant sheds its exclusivity with Matte Graphite and now embraces the new Aurora Black Pearl paint color.
- Powertrain Choices: The Sonet GTX offers two engine options: a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 7-speed DCT gearbox and a 1.5-litre diesel engine paired with a 6-speed automatic torque converter unit.
